When the matter is called out, no one else is present on behalf of respondent. This Court under order dated 24th July, 2018 observed the absence of the appellant. It has also been noted that the matter is pending since year 2015 for securing the presence of the respondents. The appellant did not take care for issuance of notice to the respondents to secure the presence in the matter. This Court granted last opportunity to the appellant on the previous date. But there is no response received from the appellant and today also Shubham

In such circumstances, there is no propriety to keep the present proceeding alive, awaiting presence of the appellant and its counsels. Hence, Appeal stands dismissed for want of prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. Civil Application also stands disposed off.
