By this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner is seeking direction against the respondents to quash and set aside the tender notice (Exhibit-A & A1 to the Petition) dated 13.7.2015.

In view of the statement made by the learned A.G.P. for the respondent, nothing survives in the present Writ Petition. 5.

Hence, Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. 6.

No order as to costs.
