spb/ pr2revns491-489-501-15.doc In all these revisions, the Applicant is convicted for committing an offence under section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act and in three different cases the appeals of the applicant were dismissed. During the pendency of these criminal revision applications, the parties have settled the dispute. Certain amounts are also already paid by the applicant to the respondent complainant. The applicant as well as the respondent -complainant are present before this court. They have filed the consent terms. The same are taken on record and marked as "Exh. A-1" for identification.
In view of this, the respondent-complainant does not want to proceed with the case and has no objection if these criminal revisions applications are disposed of in terms of the said consent terms.
Accordingly, all these criminal revision applications are disposed of in terms of the consent terms. In view of the disposal of the revisions, the criminal bail application no. 436 of 2015 in criminal revision application no.501 of 2015 is also disposed of.
