The present application is filed by the investors in C. R. No. 57 of 2014 registered with Trombay Police Station, Mumbai to intervene in the Anticipatory Bail Application. The applicants are witnesses in the said crime and have no locus standi to intervene in the application. The application is misconceived.

However, in the interest of justice, the Investigating Officer is hereby directed to verify the status of the applicants and if they found to be the victims in C. R. No. 57 of 2014 registered with Trombay Police Station, may apply the directions given by an order dated 02.05.2016 to them. 3.
