The Application is filed on 28th September, 2018. The incident of murder has taken place on 19th December, 2012 and the accused is arrested on the next date, i.e., 20th December, 2012. As per the instructions of learned APP, the trial has already commenced and 8 witnesses are examined.

In view of this, the trial Court is directed to conclude the trial
