The Applicants, who are the original claimants in Claim Petition No.469 of 2015 have sought to condone the delay of 169 days in filing cross objection No.60 of 2016.

In view of the reasons stated in paragraph Nos.10 and 11, which in my considered view constitute sufficient cause, the delay is condoned. Cross objection No.60 of 2016 be registered after removal of office objections, if any.

The Civil Application No.515 of 2018 stands disposed of. The cross objection shall be heard alongwith the first appeal. 5.

The Appeal and the Civil Application No.4403 of 2018 be listed on 11/9/2019.
