Although, we had heard this petition on the earlier occasion and had closed the proceedings for orders, today, Mr. Shah, learned counsel for the Petitioners has made a prayer that his clients would intend to withdraw this petition, with liberty to assail, the Order-inOriginal impugned in the present proceedings before the Appellate Authority.

If the Petitioners files an appeal within four weeks from today, then let the same be decided without any objection to limitation for the reason that the Petitioners were bonafide pursuing the present proceedings.

All contentions of the parties on merits of the proceedings are expressly kept open.

As the proceeding is quite old, the Petitioners are at liberty to make a request to the Appellate Authority to take up early adjudication of the appeal, if such a request is made, the same be favourably considered.
