Leave to amend paragraph-6 and prayer clauses (a) and (b) so as to substitute the words "Second Appeal" by the words "Writ Petition" is granted. Amendment shall be carried out forthwith.

This is an application for bringing L.Rs. of respondents No.11 and 12 on record. Respondent No.11 died on 27.9.2015 and respondent No.12 died on 23.9.2015. Present application is filed on 27.10.2015. In view thereof, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) & (b) with no order as to costs. Amendment in the main Petition shall be carried out within 14 days from today.
