A praecipe is moved by the counsel for the petitioners for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 28th February, 2022. BGP.

He submits that in paragraph No.3 of the said order, the words "sale-deed dated 15th September, 2020" be substituted by the words "agreement to sale dated 15th September, 2000". 2.
Learned counsel further submits that in last line of paragraph No.4 of the said order, the words "pending adjudication" be substituted by the word "dismissed".

Accordingly, the order dated 28th February, 2022, stands corrected to read the said paragraph Nos.3 and 4 as under :- "3.
The fact remains that originally the suit was for declaration and injunction wherein petitioner has prayed that she has become owner of the suit property by virtue of Hibanama. In the backdrop, in the matter he has questioned agreement to sale dated 15th September, 2000 executed by the respondent/defendant.

In response to the Court'
s query, counsel for the petitioner informs that another suit being Suit No.2130 of 2012 initiated by the petitioner/plaintiff for the relief of declaration of ownership is dismissed."
