The learned Counsel for the applicants state that the SQ Pathan 1/2
aba.1639.15.group.doc prayer for interim anticipatory bail has not been rejected but only notice was issued by the learned Additional Sessions Judge vide order dated 27th October, 2015, making the same returnable on 29th October, 2015 i.e. today, for consideration of the interim application/main application. 2.
Since the applications are listed before the learned Additional Sessions Judge today, learned Counsel for the applicants seek leave to withdraw these applications and state that they will proceed with the said applications before the learned Additional Sessions Judge today. 3.
The Applications are accordingly disposed of as withdrawn. 4.
It is made clear that these applications have not been heard on merits. The learned Additional Sessions Judge to decide the prayer for interim relief/main applications on its own merits, uninfluenced by the withdrawal of these applications.
