1] The learned counsel for the Appellant inform that on completion of investigation in CR No.310/2019 registered with Sinnar Police Station, Nashik, charge-sheet is filed on 10.12.2021. 2] By order dated 09.10.2019, while granting interim protection on the ground that no specific role is attributed to any of them, this Court recorded a prima-facie finding that the report is nothing but the general statement by the Complainant and therefore the Appellants were held entitled for interim protection, which continued till date. 3] In the wake of above, since investigation is completed and charge-sheet is filed, the order dated 09.10.2019 is made absolute. 4] Criminal Appeal is disposed off.
