We record the statement of Mr. Vaidya, learned advocate representing the respondents that till such time this writ petition is decided, the temporary part-time sub-staff working in Navi Mumbai shall not be replaced by contractual workers. 2.

In view of such statement, which we accept, Interim Application No. 4229 of 2021 stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Mr. Vaidya seeks and is granted two weeks' time to file additional affidavit in reply. The petitioner shall be at liberty to file rejoinder affidavit thereto, if any, within a week thereafter. 4.
