1) This is an application for modification of condition No.2 imposed upon the applicants while granting ad-interim anticipatory bail by an Order dated 1.10.2016 in Anticipatory Bail Application No.1020 of 2016 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Greater Mumbai. The said condition reads as under: "Applicant Nos.1 to 5 shall attend MHB Colony Police Station daily in between 6.00 p.m. and 8.00 p.m. till further orders." 2) The learned counsel for the applicants submitted that all the family members have been impleaded in the said crime. He further submitted that the next date of hearing of the Anticipatory Bail Application No.1020 of 2016 is now scheduled on 19th November 2016 before the concerned Court. He further
Dond 2/2 APPLN.635-2016.sxw submitted that the said condition is an onerous one and may suitably be modified. 3) In view of the above, and the facts mentioned in the application, the condition No.2 imposed upon the applicants by an Order dated 1.10.2016 in Anticipatory Bail Application No.1020 of 2016 is hereby modified and the applicants are directed to attend the MHB Colony Police Station on every Monday of the between 5.00 p.m. to 7.00 p.m. till 19th November 2016. 4) The learned Additional Sessions Judge may pass further necessary orders in view of the facts and circumstances of the present case. 5) Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms. 6) All the concerned to act on the authenticated copy of this Order.
