9-IA-16474-2023.doc 2019. As the legal heirs of the deceased Respondent No.1, is already on record as Respondent No.2. The present Interim Application is required to be allowed. The Respondent No.2 should also be shown as legal heirs of Respondent No.1. 4.

The Interim Application is allowed in term of prayer clause (B).
