Copy of present application for hearing is provided by learned counsel for Applicant as original papers of Court are lying in branch which is closed due to Diwali vacations. Copy supplied by learned counsel is taken on record.

The Applicant has been granted bail by Court of Metropolitan Magistrate, 66th Court, Andheri, Mumbai. The Applicant was initially granted bail in the sum of Rs.30,000/- with one or two solvent sureties by order dated 2nd August 2016. Thereafter Applicant preferred an application before the Court of Magistrate and the surety bond was reduced to Rs.15,000/-. Applicant was also allowed to deposit cash amount of Rs.15,000/- in lieu of surety bond. Time to furnish surety bond was extended on two occasions and the

2 of 2 APPLN.1292.2016 Applicant was permitted to continue on cash surety. The last order passed by the Magistrate is granting extension of execution of surety till 2nd November 2016. In view of this, the Applicant can make an application before learned Magistrate for continuation of cash surety on permanent basis or for extension of earlier order. 3.

With above observations, Criminal Application No.1292 of 2016 is disposed of.
