According to us, the petition is not maintainable. Reliefs are sought against Respondent Nos. 1,2, 4 and 5, all private entities or parties, none amenable to the writ jurisdiction of this Court. We reject the petition with liberty to the Petitioners to adopt such appropriate proceedings as they may be advised. 2.

We clarify that we have not addressed any of the contentions raised by the Petitioners on merits at all. There will be no order as to costs.
