The above petition was admitted on 24 th February, 2017 and hearing has been expedited. By this Civil Application the petitioner seeks fixing of an early date of hearing. The petitioner has set out the fact that he was to retire on or about 23 rd February, 2018 and that there are family members who are in need of medical treatment and he is in dire need of funds. The petitioner has since retired. 2.

Mr. Hegde, learned counsel for the respondent states that the Corporation does not intend to file any affidavit in reply. Hence list the petition in the week commencing from 18 th June, 2018.
