Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State. This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking directions to respondents to register F.I.R. against the persons named in the prayer clause on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 19th November, 2014, a copy of which is annexed at Exhibit-J to the petition. 2.

Mr.Yagnik, learned APP after taking instructions from the officer from the Kherwadi police station, who is present makes a statement that in pursuance of the said complaint, the petitioner's statement is already recorded. He further states that further inquiry 1/2

921) wp4317-15 would be made regarding the documents referred by the petitioner and appropriate decision will be taken within period of four weeks from today and the same would be communicated to the petitioner within seven days thereafter. The statement is accepted. In the light of the statement referred hereinabove, the grievance of the petitioner no more survives. The petition is accordingly disposed of.
