Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner will surrender tomorrow i.e. on 19.11.2016 before the 47th Court, Esplanade, Mumbai. The said statement is accepted. He states that the Petitioner will file an appropriate Application for furnishing surety before the said Court. If an Application is filed before the learned Magistrate for furnishing surety, the learned Magistrate shall after verification of the said surety, pass appropriate orders on the said Application.
