Having regard to the prayer made in the petitions, we dispose of these petitions by directing the Caste Scrutiny Committee to consider and take appropriate decision on the petitioner's caste validity claim in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible but in any case not latter than four months from the date of appearance of the petitioners before the said committee. Petitioners to appear before the committee on 29/10/2018 at 11.00 am.

With the aforesaid directions, both the petitions are disposed of.
