The learned APP has submitted that the applicant is facing trial in Sessions Case No, 184 of 2014 arising from C.R.No.355 of 2013 pending on the file of Sessions Judge, Mumbai, Court Room No.37. The learned APP further submitted that the charge is already framed and that total 10 witnesses would be examined. He has also stated that the applicant is ordered to be released on bail, but he is languishing in jail as he is unable to furnish the bail. He has placed on record the report.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, the learned Sessions Judge is directed to dispose of the sessions case as early as possible and in any event within six months from the date of receipt of this order.

The Superintendent of Jail as well as the Investigating Officer are instructed to produce the accused before the Sessions Court as and when directed by the Sessions Court, to ensure that the trial is not delayed on account of non production of the accused. 4.
The application is allowed in above terms.

Copy of this order be furnished to the applicant, through the Superintendent of Jail.
