This petition can conveniently be disposed of by directing the Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies to decide the Revision Application No.199/2018 preferred by the petitioner challenging the 1 / 2

505.WP.12041-18.doc audit-report as well as the communication for prosecution granted by the District Deputy Registrar (Rural), Pune. Said Revision is filed under Section 154 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960. Mr. Kadam submitted that by impugned order dated 11.9.2018 the Divisional Joint Registrar rejected said application. The matter was adjourned till today so as to enable Mr.Patil to take instructions as to within what time Divisional Joint Registrar will decide the Revision. 4.

Upon telephonic instructions from Mr. Anand Katake, D.D.R. Pune, Mr. Patil assures that within six weeks from today Revision Application will be decided by the Divisional Joint Registrar of the Cooperative Societies in accordance with law and that no further extension shall be sought for the disposal.

In view thereof, the Divisional Joint Registrar of Co-operative Societies shall decide the Revision Application No.199/2018 in accordance with law within six weeks from today. The Petition is accordingly disposed of. Order accordingly.
