Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the Respondent Nos.4, 5 and 7 state that the parties have arrived at a settlement and tender the Consent Minutes of Order dated 17th September, 2018, duly signed by the parties and their respective Advocates. The same are taken on record and marked `X' for identification.

In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the Petitioner

Petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn in terms of the Consent Minutes of Order.

In case, for some unforeseen reason or due to financial exigency, if the Respondent No.4, cannot not make the payment as set out in the Consent Minutes of Order on the 15th of every month, five days grace time is granted to the Respondent No.4 to make the payment. Accordingly, the Petitioner shall not invoke clause - (iv) of the aforesaid Consent Minutes of the Order during the said grace period of five days i.e. till 20th of every month.

Respondent No.4 to otherwise comply with the undertaking as mentioned in the Consent Minutes of Order.
