The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to avail of the remedy of filing a Revision before Respondent No.4. The Writ Petition is allowed to be withdraw with liberty to avail of the appropriate remedy as available in law.
