The blood stained clothes are seized from the Applicant in Crime No. 450 of 2018 punishable under Sections 302 & 201 of the Indian Penal Code in which he is already chargesheeted. 2.

The submission of the report from the Chemical Analyser is expedited. The C. A. Report be produced before the Sessions Court within a period of 12 weeks from today.

The Criminal Bail Application stands disposed of with liberty to the Applicant to approach afresh before the Sessions Court after the receipt of the Report.
