2) The applicant is seeking bail in CR No.390/2013 registered with Powai Police Station, Mumbai culminated into Sessions Case No.882/2013 under Sections 4,8,12 of the POCSO Act and under Sections 4 and 5 of the PITA Act. The learned APP on instructions submitted that the trial pertaining to Special Case No.882/2013 has already commenced and as of today 9 witnesses have been examined. That only three witnesses are remained to be examined and the trial may be concluded within a period of 2-months from today.
