Perusal of pleadings in the present Petition indicate that, it is in by DNYANESHWAR ASHOK ETHAPE Date:

Learned APP, on instructions from Superintendent of Amravati Central Prison submitted that, the Petitioner has been convicted by the trial Court by its Judgment and Order dated 25th February 2015 and is sentenced to life imprisonment.

In view of above, according to us, present Petition is misconceived and is accordingly disposed off. 3.
