By the application dated 5 th November 2022 received from the Chief Judge, Small Causes Court, Mumbai, a request is made for extension of one year's time for disposal of the R.A.D. Suit No.54 of 2002. 2.

This court vide order dated 30 th November 2018, passed in the present Petition, directed disposal of R.A.D. Suit No.54 of 2002 by 30 th June 2019.

For the reasons stated in the application dated 5 th November 2022, the time to dispose of R.A.D. Suit No.54 of 2002 is extended by a further period of one year from the date of communication of this order to the Chief Judge, Small Causes Court, Mumbai.
