This Application is filed for bringing legal heirs of deceased Respondent No. 1-Arun Bhagwat Patil on record in the appeal his legal heirs are shown in para 2 of the Application. A death certificate shows that the Respondent No. 1-Arun Bhagwat Patil died on 28/02/2020. The Application is filed on 18/09/2023 there is delay of 3 years and 125 days. It is stated that though Respondent No. 1 died in the year 2020 there was no knowledge to the Applicant about the death of Respondent No. 1 he came to know about the said fact in the month of January-2023 after getting the knowledge the applicants tried to get the details of legal heirs and in the same process same delay is caused.

2 24-FA-294-2020.doc condoned. The Application is allowed and disposed of. The Applicant to carry out the amendment within period of 2 weeks from today in the title cause showing the present in para 2 of the legal heirs of deceased Respondent No. 1.
