Upon production, taken on board. 2] The grievance in this petition is that the State Government, in exercising review jurisdiction has granted an order of status quo pending hearing of Review Application Nos.1984 and 1985 of 2015. The learned counsel for the Petitioners states that this is despite the circumstance that the Petitioners had lodged a caveat. The other complaint is that no date is fixed for deciding the Review Applications and the Petitioners apprehend that the Review Applications will not be disposed of within a reasonable time. 3] Ms Bane, learned B-Panel Counsel for Respondent Nos.1 to 2, states that the Review Applicants will be disposed of as expeditiously 1/2

In any case, it is directed that the Review Applications be disposed of within a period of three months from today.
