2/2 CAO/245/2014 appearing for the parties and for the reasons stated in the application, I am satisfied that the applicant has made out sufficient cause for condoning the delay having regard to shortness of delay of 16 days. Hence, the Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), with no order as to costs. Office is directed to register the Review Petition.
