The applicant is seeking enlargement on bail in Crime No.113 of 2011, registered at Shirdi Police Station, District Ahmednagar. The applicant is being charge-sheeted for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201, 363, 366, 384, 143, 147, 148, 149, 342, 120(B), 463, 464, 212, 216 Indian Penal Code and Sections 3(1) (II), 3(2) and 3(4) MCOC Act. The said case is registered as Special Case No. 1 of 2011 and is pending before the Special Court at Nashik.

Dusane 2/2 26 ba 2401.2017 The prosecution has examined 37 witnesses and 5-6 witnesses are yet to be examined. It would not be appropriate to consider the application for bail on merits in the midst of the trial. Hence, the application being sans-merits stands rejected.
