After arguing for some time, when the Court was not inclined to enlarge the applicant on bail, learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw this application. He, however, requests that since the trial has commenced, inasmuch as, the complainant has been examined, the trial of the applicant be expedited and the same be made time bound. 2.

Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn. Since the trial of the applicant has already commenced i.e. the complainant has been examined, it would be appropriate to direct the trial Court to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible, and in any event, within

2/2 25-ba.2805.2019.doc 6 months from the date of receipt of this order. Order accordingly. The learned Judge to conduct the trial, on its own merits, uninfluenced by the withdrawal of this application.
