Mr. Kharat, the learned advocate for the applicant states that the order impugned in the petition is of appointment of Administrator of the society. Today the appointment of the Administrator stands cancelled and new managing committee has been elected. In that circumstance, the petition has become infructuous. The same is accordingly disposed off. In view of disposal of the writ petition, the civil application does not survive. The same is accordingly disposed off.
