Contention is that the prosecution has examined three eye witnesses; however neither of they had supported the prosecutions case. Fourth '

eye witness is likely to be examined on 14th February, 2020. Since the trial is ongoing it would be inappropriate to deal with the contentions of the learned counsel for the applicant.

Prima facie, the applicant is in the
