Mr. Kapadnis, learned counsel for the Petitioners, at the outset, makes a statement that he has served Respondent Nos.2 and 3 by private service; however, none appeared on their behalf. The statement is accepted.

Heard Mr. Kapadnis and Mr. Mali, learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned A.G.P., respectively. 3.
The short grievance of the Petitioners is that their representation dated 15th October 2015 is not yet decided by Respondent No.2-Zilla Parishad.

In the above circumstances, in our considered view, this Petition can be conveniently disposed of by directing Respondent No.2-Zilla Parishad to decide Petitioners' representation dated 15th October 2015, copy of which is annexed at Exhibit "D" at Page No.40 to the Petition, as expeditiously as possible and, in any case, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

Ordered accordingly.

It is made clear that we have not gone into the merits of the matter and Respondent No.2-Zilla Parishad shall decide the matter independently on its own merits and in accordance with law. 7.
Petitioners are directed to appear before Respondent No.2-Zilla Parishad, along with copy of this order and copy of their aforesaid representation, to enable Respondent No.2-Zilla Parishad to decide the said representation.
