This is an application for condonation of delay of 190 days in filing the above revision application. Heard learned counsel for the Applicant who relies on the averments in the application for explaining delay. Office note shows that sole Respondent is served. Advocate for the Applicant has filed affidavit of service also. No reply is filed opposing the application. Nobody appeared for the Respondent.

In that view of the matter, considering extent of delay and uncontroverted averments made in the application, sufficient cause is made out. The interim application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Delay is condoned.
