Accused-petitioners and respondent no.2-complainant are present with their advocates. They jointly request for quashing FIR No.161/2018 registered at C.B.D. Belapur, Navi Mumbai Police Station. Offences there are under section 408, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and also under sections 43, 65 and 66 of Information Technology Act.

The respondent no.2 is present & has tendered an affidavit accepting the submission alongwith the consent terms signed by both parties. He also orally informs Court that he does not wish to spend more time in prosecuting the accused as matter is settled. 1/2

Matter is between employer and employee and has no public angle. Hence, we quash and set aside FIR No.161/2018 mentioned supra.
