This is a Petition seeking quashing of C.R. No. 182 of 2020 registered with the Colaba Police Station, Mumbai for the alleged offences punishable under Section 363 of the Indian Penal Code, with the consent of the respondent no.2.

After arguing for sometime, when the Court was not inclined to grant the relief as prayed for in the aforesaid Petition, i.e. quashing of the case with the consent of the parties, the learned Counsel for the petitioner sought leave to withdraw the Petition.
