The reason for this non appearance appears to be as stated by learned Counsel for petitioner that respondent No.1 is already reinstated by respondent Nos.2 and 3 in compliance with the order dated 5th March, 2014 passed by the Judge, Labour Court, Satara. 2.

Learned Counsel for petitioner has placed on record the order dated 5th November, 2016 by which respondent Nos. 2 and 3 have reinstated respondent No.1 in compliance with the order passed by the Labour Court, Satara. It is marked as 'X'. 1/2

The petitioner was aggrieved by only that part of the order by which the Labour Court had directed the petitioner to reinstate respondent No.1. Now that respondent No.1 has been reinstated by respondent Nos. 2 and 3, nothing survives for consideration in this Petition. The Petition is therefore disposed of.
