By judgment and order dated 24.5.2017 the applicant has been convicted and sentenced under Section 302 of IPC. Being aggrieved thereby, the applicant has preferred appeal bearing Appeal St. No. 870 of 2017. In the present application, he has prayed for condonation of delay in preferring the said appeal.
