2] The challenge in this petition is to the judgment and order dated 18.04.2013 made by the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal (MAT) allowing Original Application No. 1069 of 2012 instituted by the respondents seeking for benefits under the Time Bound Promotional Scheme (TBPS). 3] There is no serious dispute that the issue raised in this petition stands covered against the petitioners in the case of State of Maharashtra Vs. Smt. Meena A.

Shubham wp-1807-2016 Kuwalekar 2016 (3) ABR 722 (WP No. 9051 of 2013) decided on 28.04.2016.

4] Accordingly, for the reasons set out in Smt. Meena A. Kuwalekar (supra) there is no case made out to interfere with the impugned judgment and order. This petition is accordingly dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
