This is an Application under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. filed by the aforesaid Applicant apprehending his arrest in Crime No.129 of 2019 registered with Nerul Police Station, for the offences under Section 420 r/w. 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.

By Order dated 04.10.2019 this Court (Coram : Revati Mohite Dere, J.), had granted interim protection to the Applicant. He was directed to report to the Investigating Officer on the date specified in the order. Learned APP states that the Applicant has complied with the said condition. She further states that the investigation is completed and that the chargesheet has been filed Salgaonkar

In the light of the said statement, learned Counsel for the Applicant states that the Applicant will file proper application for regular bail before the learned Magistrate. Interim order dated 04.10.2019 is extended for a period of three months to enable the Applicant to file a regular bail application before the Magistrate. 4.
