The present Writ Petition is filed by the Landlord, who is challenging the concurrent findings recorded by the Trial Court and as confirmed by the Appellate Bench of the Court of Small Causes, Mumbai.

The Petitioner/ Landlord had filed R.A.E. Suit for eviction on the sole ground of "arrears of rent". The said suit of the landlord was dismissed, so also an appeal filed against the dismissal of the suit was dismissed..

This Writ Petition is filed on 17 October 2016 and from the Sharada

On 7 February 2024 , none appeared for the Petitioner. Even today when the matter was called out. None appear for the Petitioner.

This Writ Petition is dismissed for want of prosecution. 6.
