The parties have settled the controversies arising out of road accident amicably. The offences registered are under sections 324, 504 read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Respondent No. 2 complainant has filed an affidavit accepting the settlement. The parties are present and orally reiterated their request. The petitioner has shown his readiness and willingness to compensate State Government by paying cost. In this situation, subject to petitioner paying to respondent No. 1 by depositing with Police Welfare Fund an Talwalkar
