Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that Petitioner wants to co-operate with the investigation and surrender the hardware as demanded by the Investigating Officer, however, Investigating Officer is not accepting it.

Learned A.P.P. is relying upon communication sent to Petitioner for surrendering the hardware and upon instructions states that

We do not wish to go into any disputed question. We direct the Petitioner to surrender the hardware and other appliances as demanded by the Investigating Officer by reporting to the Police Station with it, at 11.00 a.m. on 19th January, 2019.

The Investigating Officer shall draw proper panchanama and take necessary steps, as per law.

5.

With these directions and keeping all contentions open, we dispose of the present Petition.
