This is an application for relaxing the condition of reporting imposed vide Order dated 7th June, 2017. While granting bail, the applicant was directed to report Kalyan Taluka Police Station every fortnight between 5.00 p.m. to 7.00.p.m. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant has complied the said direction. The applicant is a student and working part time. It is inconvenient for him to attend police station. In view of aforesaid circumstances, the condition can be relaxed. The applicant shall attend Kalyan Taluka Police Station once in three months on first Saturday of the month between 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. till further orders.
