This is an application filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for anticipatory bail. 2.
The applicant is apprehending his arrest in Crime No.507 of 2022 registered at Pandharpur Taluka Police Station, District : Solapur for the offence punishable under Sections 353, 143, 147, 148, 149, 341, 324, 323, 504, 506 of Indian Penal Code.

It is the case of prosecution that the complainant - Avinash Ghodke on the date of incident, which took place on 30th July 2022 was working as Trainee Electrician with MSEDCL. It is alleged that the 1 / 3
applicant and other co-accused were annoyed with the complainant as he asked them to pay the electricity bill and thus on the day of incident at about 4.00 p.m., the present applicant alongwith the other co-accused assaulted the complainant by stone and stick. 4.
I have heard the learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the State and perused the F.I.R. 5.
The injuries sustained by the complainant are not attributed to the present applicant. There are no criminal antecedents. Nothing is to be recovered at the instance of the present applicant and therefore, his custodial interrogation is not necessary. Considering the facts and circumstances, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the present applicant. Hence, the following order :
(i) Application is allowed.
(ii) In the event of arrest, the applicant - Aakashraje @ Akshay Bharat Gaikwad in Crime No.507 of 2022 registered at Pandharpur Taluka Police Station, District : Solapur for the offence punishable under Sections 353, 143, 147, 148, 149, 341, 324, 323, 504, 506 of Indian Penal Code, he shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount. (iii) The applicant shall attend the concerned police station on 14th and 15th November 2022 between 11.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. and thereafter, 2 / 3
as and when called by the Investigating Officer and shall co-operate in the investigation.
