The impugned order dates back in September 2018. The petitioner herein is the original complainant in the matter. The proceeding is under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881. It is only after the recording of evidence in the matter was over and the arguments were heard, the petitioner-company moved an application seeking production of the Minutes of Meeting. The order impugned suggests that the application has been filed just to fill-up the lacunae. If at all the matter goes against the complainant, he may agitate the same in appeal. After about four years this matter has been circulated. Not inclined to interfere with the order impugned.

The petition stands dismissed.
