P.C:- This is an application for initiation of contempt proceedings against the Respondents. It is alleged that Respondent have committed willful and deliberate breach of the order dated 7th May, 2018 passed by this Court and refuse to maintain status-quo with regard to the suit property.

caa-14-2020 This Court today has disposed off the Appeal from order No.605 of 2018.

In view of disposal of the said Appeal learned Counsel for the Applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the said application with liberty to file a substantive Contempt Petition for similar reliefs. Leave and liberty granted.

Till then, parties herein are directed to maintain status-quo as per order dated 7th May, 2018 passed in Civil Application (St). No. 14676 of 2018 in Appeal from Order (st.) No.14673 of 2018 for a period of six weeks from today.
